The system consists of a central control board, a test point board, a low-voltage module, a DC high-voltage module, a KELVIN precision measurement module, and an LCR component testing module. It can be expanded up to 65536 test points, meeting the needs of large-scale and high-density testing.
The equipment has excellent testing capabilities and accuracy: it supports two wire/four wire guidance and conduction testing, with a minimum measurable resistance of 1m Ω, effectively eliminating errors in adapter wires; The high-voltage insulation test range is 40-1500VDC, with an insulation resistance threshold of 500k Ω -2000M Ω, and a leakage current of 0.5-30mA for withstand voltage testing. The system also has multiple component detection functions such as high current conduction, diodes, LEDs, etc., fully covering the cable quality verification requirements.
The supporting software has a user-friendly interface, supports Chinese display, and has functions such as self-learning programming, importing Excel spreadsheets, multi-level test point naming, and graphical fault location.
