The MIVA-900 series ultraviolet laser wire marking system is the third generation ultraviolet flight laser wire marking system of Ruiyang Weiye. Mainly applicable in the field of aerospace cable processing, it solves the problem of no damage, no auxiliary materials, and continuous permanent identification on wires, providing innovative solutions and designs for increasingly complex wire harness manufacturing applications to meet the growing demands and challenges of the industry.

The MIVA-900 series ultraviolet laser wire marking system is mainly suitable for the aerospace cable processing field, and can achieve permanent identification of wires without damage, auxiliary materials, and continuity.

Equipment labeling is flexible. With a large capacity character set, uppercase and lowercase letters, Chinese characters, numbers, symbols, graphics, barcodes, etc. can be printed. The font size can be adjusted according to wire specifications and user needs, and special customized symbols can also be printed.

The equipment has fast processing speed and stable performance. The processing speed can reach 50m/min (marking standard: 1 first mark, 75mm away from the first end; main mark spacing 350mm; one tail mark, 75mm away from the tail end; the first mark, main mark, and tail mark are all 12 characters, and the offline length is 10m). The offline speed of unmarked printing can reach 120m/min.

The wire processing range is wide and the processing accuracy is high. The types of wires that can be processed include but are not limited to: single core wire, multi-core wire, wrapped wire, twisted pair wire, double/triple twisted sheathed cable, FY3, FF42, FF46 series wires PTFE、ETFE、FEP、Airbus CF、Airbus DK/DM/DR、AD、M22759/80-92、XLETFE、M22759/32、FEP、Boeing BMS 13-48、Boeing BMS 13-60。 The wire diameter that can be processed includes an outer diameter of 0.8mm to 6.5mm AWG8-AWG26。 The processing accuracy of the length of the wire can reach+0.5% (maximum).

Modular design meets upgrade requirements. The system adopts a modular design, with multiple selectable transmission base stations and expansion structures to meet the different needs of users, and can be easily upgraded with business growth. The number of feed spools includes 1-36 spools. The extended structure includes a continuously variable speed multi axis wire feeding base station, automatic knot and joint detection, flat/circular wire winding, laser non-destructive wire stripping module, etc.

High reliability and low usage cost. The equipment adopts laser marking and consumes almost no consumables, reducing the cost of equipment use. The oversized front door design facilitates equipment maintenance and wire loading and unloading.

Servo motor drive: The internal motor of the UV laser marking system host and the motor of the active wire feeding device all use servo motors for more precise control and faster response.

Traceability query function: During the wire processing, each axis of wire will be scanned and recorded in the software. If it is necessary to search later, historical processing records can be traced to determine the wire manufacturer information and batch for the processing task.

Wire spool length warning function: During the wire spool processing, the length of the wire used is recorded. When the wire spool length reaches the warning value, it will prompt to prepare the wire spool, reducing equipment downtime.

Information interface protocol: The software supports Web API protocol to meet the requirements of user MES system and other information integration.

Integrated laser wire stripping capability: If there are wire marking and cutting lines integrated with laser wire stripping, the equipment has the ability to increase laser wire stripping.

Multiple wire collection methods: The equipment is equipped with a rotating wire collection reel, a flat wire collection reel, an automated wire collection system, and the ability to externally expand automatic processing follow-up tasks, providing better automation integration and development capabilities.
